About Simon

Simon has 30 years post qualification experience and specialises in Tax, Trusts and Estates. He is a full member of STEP (“Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners”). Simon provides estate planning advice to include Wills, deceased estates administration, Court of Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax planning. He also advises in relation to contested estates and other contentious probate matters.

Fiona has over 20 years post qualification experience of working as a Property Lawyer. Fiona manages and supervises the residential conveyancing department where she oversees a team of dedicated staff to progress property transactions from file opening to exchange, completion, registration, and post-registration, in all aspects of residential property work.
